Milwaukee, WI - For our 2026 Kickoff Meeting, we switched things up a bit. Instead of the usual format, we brought in a business coach to help us take a hard look at our own practices and find ways to improve how we serve our clients. The afternoon was spent working through a data-driven breakdown of what’s working and what’s not.

After a productive day, we headed to The New Fashioned in the Deer District to unwind with a taco bar and a few rounds of HyperBowling. A great way to kick off the year with some fresh perspective and momentum.

Elkhart Lake, WI - Our team gathered in October 2025 for our Annual Summit at The Osthoff Resort, bringing together advisors and partners for a day focused on learning and connection.

We heard from our partners at the Osiac home office, who shared updates and new offerings from the broker-dealer, along with insights from guest speakers on the impact of charitable giving through Donor Advised Funds. Internal team members also provided firm updates and strategic direction as we continue to evolve and better serve our clients.

The day concluded with a relaxed evening by the bonfire complete with lots of s’mores.

Milwaukee, WI - HPCG proudly joined the Osaic Foundation in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at the Milwaukee Lakefront. Together, we walked and raised funds to support lifesaving breast cancer research, American Cancer Society programs and services, and efforts to help end breast cancer as we know it — for everyone.

San Antonio, TX - From an inspiring keynote with Chip and Joanna Gaines, to an unforgettable concert, to countless sessions packed with valuable insights, we are feeling energized.

Waukesha & Kohler, WI - This year’s HPCG Golf Outing mixed things up in the best way. Some of the team headed to Morningside Hills for a day of golf and friendly competition, while others traded the course for cabernet with a wine tasting at Blind Horse Winery.

The new option gave everyone a chance to choose their kind of day, but the goal stayed the same: step away from the usual routine, spend time together, and enjoy some well-earned downtime. Whether catching up over long drives or sharing a bottle at the winery, the outing gave everyone a chance to slow down and connect in a more relaxed setting.

Chenequa, WI - We’re honored to have sponsored and attended ProHealth Care Foundation’s Garden of Gratitude Gathering—an event dedicated to celebrating generosity and furthering the mission of advancing health care in our community.

The evening brought together people who share a common goal: supporting compassionate care and improving health outcomes for friends, families, and neighbors across southeastern Wisconsin. We’re honored to play a small part in helping the Foundation continue its vital work.

Franklin, WI - High Point Capital Group's team spent the day at the Hunger Task Force Farm, working across 1.7 acres of green bean fields to help support fresh, local food access for those in need.

This effort reflects more than just a day of service — it’s part of High Point’s ongoing commitment to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. We were also honored to partner with The Osaic Foundation, whose generous donation will help further the mission of fighting hunger.

Appleton, WI - Cindy Laube, Cory Nickel, and Zach Strube had the privilege of participating in a heartfelt welcome home ceremony for veterans returning from their Honor Flight.

This incredible nonprofit organization flies veterans to Washington, D.C., giving them the chance to visit the memorials built in their honor. Upon their return, veterans are met with surprise thank-you letters and a moving welcome home celebration, recognizing their service and sacrifice.

Brookfield, WI - We’re off to a strong start this year after a fantastic kickoff meeting! It was a great day with the team — we began with a collaborative morning session, then brought out our competitive side at Game Show Battle Rooms. The day wrapped up with dinner at Café Hollander and some laughs at the Improv Comedy Club.

Wisconsin Dells, WI - High Point Capital Group’s Bridge Financial Wellness speakers had a fantastic time attending the WI SHRM Conference at the Kalahari! Bridge showcased a booth at the exhibit and hosted a social hour following the event.

It was a great opportunity to connect with HR professionals and share insights on how financial wellness can enhance workplace wellbeing. 

Wisconsin Dells, WI - We hosted our quarterly firm event at the Kalahari this year.  It was great connecting with colleagues from all our offices—such a great opportunity for networking and strengthening our team bonds. Highlights from the Kalahari include dinner at Cinco Nino’s and Lazer tag!

Waukesha, WI - Sunny skies and perfect temperatures greeted us for the annual HPCG Golf outing at Morningside Hills. Our advisors and staff enjoyed friendly competition and camaraderie on the beautiful course.

The outing provided an excellent opportunity for team building and networking in a relaxed and scenic environment. The combination of great weather, excellent company, and the sport we all love made it a memorable and enjoyable experience for all!

Milwaukee, WI - We had an incredible day at our High Point Capital Group summer meeting! The day began with insightful presentations from a wide array of speakers, providing valuable knowledge and sparking thoughtful discussions.

In the afternoon, we enjoyed an Edelweiss boat tour of the Milwaukee harbor, taking in the city's beautiful sights. We wrapped up the evening at Summerfest, where we experienced fantastic music and entertainment, making it a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.

New Orleans, LA - HPCG's Ryan Hitchcock was asked to speak at this year's NXT Conference in New Orleans. He spoke on a new version of our Advisor Portal that has been rolling out within Osaic. Ryan is part of the NextGen Council within Osiac that seeks to drive thoughtful changes within the next generation of the industry. There were other great speakers including co-founder and the first CEO of Netflix, Marc Randolph. The Big Easy didn't disappoint!

Osaic’s NXT Conference serves to unite Financial Professionals from diverse generations, fostering a community dedicated to sustained success in Wealth Management.

Evanston, IL - As part of the CPWA (Certified Private Wealth Advisor) Certification Program, HPCG's Wealth Management Director, Chris Reed, attended a workshop by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. During the meeting, Chris heard from industry leaders in consumer psychology, marketing, and business planning.

Chris' attendance was part of Osiac's focus on advising high-net-worth families. By participating in such programs, Osiac and HPCG aims to enhance its expertise and provide superior service to its clients.

Milwaukee, WI - High Point Capital Group had an outstanding Kickoff meeting, bringing together our talented advisors and staff members! It was great to have Dru Ashcraft and Eric Baumgardner join us from Osaic, sharing their expertise on becoming more efficient through the use of technology.

HPCG hosted the webinar for industry leaders, "Succession Planning & Acquisitions: Deal Structures that Work". Only around a quarter of today’s financial professionals have a succession plan in place. Considering that the average age of a financial professional is 50 years old and continues to increase, succession strategies are integral to the industry’s overall health. 

Derick was joined by John Turner from Live Oak Bank  who shared his wealth of knowledge.

Brookfield, WI - Matt Loverine and Taylor Hoskins hosted several clients at Lifetime Fitness to play Pickleball and learn some ways to improve thier game with the help of Lifetime's Pickleball instructor. Thanks for those who attended!

Pheonix, AZ - This year’s Osaic ConnectED took place in sunny Pheonix, Arizona. The HPCG Team enjoyed networking with our colleagues from all over the country and learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. The 3-day conference was concluded with a great performance by The Steve Miller Band.

Green Bay, WI - For this year's Annual Summit, we had the privilege of gathering at historic Lambeau Field. Informational speakers provided valuable insight to industry trends and ideas on how to better serve our clients. We ended the day with a private Stadium Tour and dinner at Taverne in the Sky, witin Lodge Kohler.

Appleton, WI - Derick hosted a lunch event for financial industry professionals in the Fox Valley that aimed to help bring clarity to how what drives the value of their practice.

Thanks to our other speakers who were able to provide real-life examples and case studies of current succession & acquisition plans being executed. HPCG believes that all advisors should understand the different levers that controls their own business' value.

We rounded out the day with friendly competition at Game Show Battle Rooms, where the team competed against each other in TV-style games.

Nashville, TN - This year’s ConnectED Conference was hosted at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. It was great to connect with colleagues from around the country and hear from all the guest speakers, including quarterback Peyton Manning. Of course, we couldn't leave Nashville without listening to some country music and picking up a few pairs of boots.
