WHY DO EMPLOYEES NEED FINANCIAL EDUCATION?

Because financially stressed employees are NOT good for business.

  • 29% of Americans report concerns about "making ends meet"1
  • 53% of US workers are financially distressed2
  • 17% of eligible workers do not participate in their employer-sponsored retirement plans3
  • About 44% of Americans are not currently saving for retirement4

But, investing in your employees' financial well-being makes good business sense.

  • 80% of employers state that financial wellness programs can increase worker engagement, which could be effective in improving employee productivity.

Our seminars cover a variety of different topics that affect your employees financially both on the job, and at home. All workshops have absolutely no cost to attend and are held on-site. They are typically held during normal work hours. All employees are free to attend as many or as few workshops as they wish.

We offer comprehensive engagement, education, advice, transition services and resources that inspire your employees to take action toward saving for a healthy retirement.
